"Hi guys, I'm facing problems after updating my mobile number in the Kiwi app."

"I was rejected twice for this card, so I got it using my brother's credentials."

"I applied, and it was approved."

"He was a government employee, so he got it easily."

"Actually, I wanted the card, so I used it from his phone only. After two months, I tried to update my mobile number on it."

"Just yesterday, while trying to change my mobile number from the profile section, it showed that we can only change the mobile number three times. It also stated that the mobile number being changed to should be available on the device. So, I inserted my SIM card into his phone."

"After the update, the Kiwi app automatically logged out."

"Then, I logged in with my new number. After logging in, it showed:

'What's Changed:

Card details: We've issued a new card. Your card update is complete! For secure payments, please set your MPIN.'"

"Whenever I tried to set up the MPIN, it took me to select the bank that issued the Kiwi credit card. When I tapped on YES BANK again, it showed an error: 'No bank account linked with this bank. Restart UPI Activation.'"

"So, I tried to log back in from my brother's mobile number, but now it's showing: 'USER ACCOUNT DELETED.'

What should I do now? I have already raised a ticket on the Kiwi app."

Did you change the mobile number with yes bank also? If not then also do that. Even after doing that I'm not sure when you can use the card on new number. Because I changed my number with yes bank on 31st march and also changed the number on kiwi app and it's been 2 week and I'm still unable to use the card. I'm constantly in touch with the kiwi support team. Will update you if anything changes.

I only did it in kiwi CC app. Not in yes bank.
Wright now I'm filling a form to change mobile number in yes bank and I'm sending at yestouchcc@yesbank.in let's see what happens...!!!

You have to physically send the filled form to their chennai office with one self attested kyc document such as adhaar card. They are not going to change the registered mobile number on the mail.
 
After 15 days now card is properly showing in the kiwi app and I'm able to link the card successfully.
I have sent an email to yes bank with necessary documents let's see what they reply.
kiwi customer care Exactly said same.

"newly issued Kiwi card after updating your mobile number in the Kiwi app. Please note that to complete this update and regain access, you will also need to update your mobile number with YES Bank.
