Kotak 811 Virtual Debit Card Reissue!!

I have a Full KYC Kotak 811 account, initially only with Virtual Debit Card, but I ordered physical debit card too.
I lost my physical card today, hence reported and blocked on app.
I don't need the physical Debit Card now, ₹299 charges I am not willing to pay for no use, just want Virtual Card to be reissued again.
Any experience or suggestions by anyone ??

Hotlist physical card and then call cust care to issue only Virtual Card. It will be done.

Done 👍, Blocked Card and raised request to generate new virtual card, didn't need to call though there was an option under Bank--->Kotak811 in Kotak app to generate new virtual card, but i am facing one issue i see 2 virtual debit card generated for my account both Active what should i do block one card will there be any problem if i don't
