Kotak Application rejected, now got pre-approved offer

2 months back, my Kotak Credit card application was rejected due to Area not servicable. There was no CIBIL hit, nor any documents were asked.
Today (29 Nov 2022) , I got call that I have a pre-approved card. There are multiple, including LTF variants, and I can select from anyone.
I have received multiple calls regarding this pre-approved offer.
So, can I still get the card, or do I need to wait for 6 months? My office area is servicable

If it's pre approved, ask the executive to send the same mail to you. Sometime it comes as misleading. Take confirmation then go ahead

I keep getting this message on Whatsapp, Email, and Kota App notification. Is this a confirmation, or should I still ask for more?
Also, will I be able to get the card (since I had applied 2 months back) or do I need to wait for 6 months?

This is not LTF card. Wait for them to give you an offer of LTF variant
