Does anyone in this forum upgraded to Super 811 who already had the Kotak spendz as the secondary prepaid account with Kotak?

Because I'm unable to upgrade to 811 Super through the link provided in the email from Kotak promotional team.

I was told by the customer representative that because I hold. 2 accounts, I'm unable to login to the new application but they are not writing back the same to me.

Does anyone have any solution for this?
Kotak hates anyone having 2 accounts and doesn't want them getting 811 Super. Jerks

I raised a request for the same but kotak...

As per the confirmation received from concern team, 811 Super program is provided on invitation basis.

Please note, once you will be eligible to upgrade your account to 811 super saving account you will be receiving email intimation from the bank. 🥲

Pta ni kis basis pe invite bhejte hai maine to ek rupee v ni daali thi kvi ulta status dormant tha
 
Is kotak even giving super upgrade to old kotak811 accounts now? Last time I checked they said it will happen in phase by phase, so was wondering if anyone got the upgrade after being ineligible in the beginning

Hey I have contacted kotak twice in the past week
once through mail and another through kotak banking app and both responses were contradictory.

When i contacted them through mail they responded with invitation basis upgrade.

When contacted through mobile banking app they responded that i need to visit the branch to get the upgrade done.

yes they do, not automatically though. My 811 is like 6-7 yrs old and I called customer care and they instantly upgraded to 811 super once i agreed and consented for 300 fee.
