Possibly u r Not Eligible right now for such Upgradation... Call customer care and for further assistance u can visit ur home branch..
 
I have attached one debit card. Has anyone confirm this is the Kotak 811 super account debit card. Because after upgrade I manually applied kotak 811 debit card. Now there are two cards in my account. I have received this physical debit card along with Cheque book. So please confirm TF Family

You bought gift card directly from amazon? If yes, could you please mention the merchant name.

You can find merchant name in your transaction statement.

Use it for visa tap to pay voucher, discard later.
