Same issue with me, strange and others, but we do have multiple accounts, unlike you.

Mein login ke liye bata raha tha bas ek hi account hai wo bhi fresh then 811 dedicated app mein error kyu aa raha multiple accounts wala...

Screenshot share karye toh, general wale app jo, usme super ka jo show ho raha...app mein login karna is not important if it's showing Super to you

Calm customer care and enquire more...

Yehi soch rha tha mai, jab sab ready hai toh phir kis cheez ki tension ho rhi

Kuch dino mai DC bhi aajayega, app chale ya na chale kya dikkat hai

Main thing is DC, woh chalna chahiye bus and you can also activate that DC using netbanking. Maine wahi se activate kiya tha

Phir DC ki details ko save karliya phone mai, ab kotak811 khulne ki jarrurat hi nhi
