I have been on 811 Edge for years, saw this banner, enrolled, and instantly converted to the 811 Super account—300 Rs deducted.
I received an instant message for the Cheque Book but nothing for DC. They will probably not send one, as my current DC was Visa Platinum only.
The same card is displayed in the app as the 811 Super Card.

Your visa platinum is of black colour? Don't take risk mate, 811 super visa platinum look like this:

You can chat with the CC in the 811 app to confirm the same for your case.

You didn't need to raise request for the DC, hope you don't get charged as DC is completely free under super 811 and you will get that separately in another shipment.

Nah only 300 rs were deducted i.e. 811 super fees
So ig the dc request was for the 811 super dc card

Still, I will check with them once.

My Physical Card is not as shown in the image, but in the app, they are showing it in this format only. So, I feel they will pass on the benefits.
 
I applied for the super and 300 deducted as well but didn’t received any message regarding debit card and cheque book.

Do we get the message instantly or after some time? Please advise.

It will take time, you will receive messages within 2-3 working days.

Rest of the stuff including delivery depends on your location etc.
