Still showing old card, wait for new card generationAfter upgrading to super account ... Existing virtual/physical 811 debit will get closed???

Steps To Convert 811 Savings Account to 811 Super Savings Account
If You Have an 811 Full KYC Account then call Customer @ 1860 266 2666 After Connecting The Call with the Agent Just Say I Wanted To Convert My Account To 811 Super Savings Account Then The Agent Will Tell You The Benefits of This Account. If You Have 5k in Your Account It's Ok Otherwise They Will Tell You Transfer 5k to Your Kotak Account. Then They Will Send You a Text SMS Having a Specific & Unique URL Click on The URL Accept The Terms & Conditions and Enter The OTP After Entering The OTP 300 Rupees Deducted from Your Account and Your Account successfully converted To 811 Super Savings Account.
After This Process, You Will Get Several Confirmation Messages for Debit Card and Cheque Book

Close the spendz account by visiting the branch or ask the branch to upgrade to Super accountAs i hold spendz account with 811, i can't access the 811 app , anyone have any solutions?
Most likely, Spendz acc won't be upgraded by branch. only option is to close it & knowing it is kotak there is no guarantee one will then be able to open 811 super savings acc.Close the spendz account by visiting the branch or ask the branch to upgrade to Super account

No problem, in least case, they will stick with same benefits for next 2-3 months we can recover our ₹300 yearly subscription. No loss in terms of money. I can recover in this month only.I am aware about it. But I doubt about 2 things:
•Very soon Super will be devalued.
•After upgrading also, can remain ineligible.
