Hello guys, recently I received Kotak super debit card. I want to know more about eligible offline transactions. Generally I use Millennia card for offline transactions which gives only 1% cashback (In offline dmart, apollo, & local clothing stores). Please share information if I can use the kotak debit in offline stores if eligible for cashback.

🚨IMP UPDATE: New Terms and Conditions - 811 Super

811 Super Eligibility:

  1. While completing FKYC/on-boarding to 811 Super program, the minimum A/c account balance should be ₹5,000.
  2. On monthly basis, customer needs to do at least one customer initiated credit transaction of minimum ₹5,000 to get eligible for 811 Super cashback.

Refer first post and T&C. If you are aware of the offline store mcc then match it with the mcc's mentioned in the T&C. If this feels like too much work, avoid offline use.

@vaibhav111 I am on the same boat, and I still haven't upgraded. I just don't trust Kotak enough to not mess things up. For now I am sticking with my vanilla 0MAB 811.
