Just paid CC bill from Canara Setu got otp where merchant name came as "Retail CC MUM", is this eligible for cashback??

In exclusion list this name is not listed however don't know merchant code

Can anyone please advice?

Are bhai there are lots of confusion and some says setu also changed mcc for CC payment hence I tried first myself to get info then pasted here. I am not sure if I asked same twice for more clarification makes me Ghajini or something...

Well, let me clear your confusion again then.

Canara only has 1 MCC, which has been told previously and recently by MrJJ. That's it. Other people are trying to manipulate it.

The issue is when people call the bank. They become suspicious because you're not the only one calling. There could be many others calling and asking the same exact question about the MCC.

Which will make them think, ki what's happening? Why everyone asking the same MCC again and again? That's how HDFC got to knew that they haven't fixed the bug yet and they finally did on HDFC billpay. Of course, some legends were there to promote it on socials for farming.

The worst part is that people don’t want to read anything. They just want to open a thread, ask their question, get an answer, and leave.

I’m not pointing this out just to you. This is a general issue, and it can’t be controlled, even if TechnoFino recruits 50+ mods.

Solution? Ask people to use the "search" option in the TechnoFino forum, it's literally a heaven. Sadly, many don't realise it.
 
Just Try Sites and Check cashback in next month. If we again and again asked from CC , they will surely fix or add this in exclusion list 😀

Hi I recently upgraded my mother's kotak 811 to 811 super account, in the account section how can I know my debit card is upgraded or not, for me it is showing as classic, is it correct?
Also I wasn't unable to order physical debit card.
2.How can we know if we have deposited the 5k one time privileges are active for that particular month ?
If anyone know the process can you let me know.

if we can have search option from thread posts that will be 1 extra step but everyone asking same question everywhere is tooo much

For me, when upgraded to Super, they have sent a cheque book n a new DC by two separate couriers.
