For those who are patiently waiting for the Kotak 811 Super DC January cashback issue.
Here are some important updates. I got the call in the morning. See this and the following posts by other members.

They told me there was an internal fight. She mentioned, my proofs and logical arguments, particularly the email attachment of 17th January (eligibility of utilities), contributed a lot to winning on behalf of other genuine users and for those who have a sense within the banks.

Hence, the decision-making authority accepts the mistake and will credit the cashback, possibly in a few days in April, due to an accounting problem. The maximum deadline is 30 April. They will follow up with an email with the promise in written form to make my case smother for RBI if those "so-called" higher authorities backtrack again.

Maine complaint mai kahi b mention nhi Kiya...kaha payment Kiya..only transaction id mention ki hai.. unhone apne aap daala hai..

I had raised complaint for unipay Jan cashback in Level 1 Contact Form in Kotak Site. They denied the cashback.
Level 2 is Nodal officer. Should I raise complaint to nodal officer for the issue? Plz advice @2025. Or wait will April and 500 per day = too much fun.
