I don't think transfer 10k is big issue.

In order to get Max cashback 500, we should spend 10k.

I transferred 12k first of this month, today achieved 500 cashback. Transferred 2k back to my other account. Now it is a zero balance account.

Did you make any other deposit of 5k/10k?
Do we not have to deposit the exact 5000 (10,000 now)? Is it just 10k or more?

Exact 10k is fine. I deposited for 2k for extra safety payments. Some time transaction amount exceed 10k. Luckily this time did transactions 10k.

Kotak is mysterious bank. For safer side, do deposit > 10k.

Ofcourse I read terms and conditions and I still asked question cause things are changing. Like previously they needed someone to transfer only 5k per month, now its 10k per month effective from Oct 1. I was not sure if anything about super account has changed, because everywhere they are just saying its valid for 1 year. Anyway thank you for taking time to reply to my question, appreciate it.

You have to do 10K deposit now, not 5K.

Exactly 10K or more works fine, it's completely up to you. You can deposit any amount, just not below 10000.

Just a PSA: Lotak sent me a message about the renewal fee deduction for next year. If anyone does not want to be charged, make sure to call them to downgrade or close your account.

Same. Just received a text reg renewal. At ₹399 per year I don't find it to be beneficial anymore. Plus all the exclusions including Flipkart and Amazon, no utilities.

Put in a call request, let's see if they callback, otherwise might have to reach out on Twitter.

I've reached out. They don't have a clue about cancellation of 811 subscription. I raised an email request, however are you aware of the process to downgrade to regular zero balance 811 account?

Yeah, been a while now. For someone with other credit cards 811 super isn't that beneficial anymore.

Guys I have a question regarding the contactless payment limit.

Is the limit accumulative or per transaction based? For example if I have set my contactless limit at Rs1000, does it mean per txn I can make payment of 1000 max or does it mean in a day I can do Contactless payments for a Total of 1000 only (like multiple small txns totalling upto 1000)?

total transaction limit is 1000 not per transaction

Sir, take your pan card sir. Take your aadhaar card sir and visit nearest branch for account downgrade (This is their response on call).
Requested a call back as I got a message that annual charges will debited, kindly maintain sufficient balance.
Guess I'll have to mail them to get this sorted, also did not provide my consent for 811 super program.

ah I see thank you, dint realize this till now as I had never done more than Rs1000 total txn via Contactless in a day.

Today i made a purchase of 600 @Dmart earlier in the day,
then just now i tried to refuel for 500 at my usual petrol bunk, the Contactless txn got declined.
So thats what I was wondering...

So basically thats the per day limit
