I want to upgrade my Kotak 811 (Zero Balance Full KYC) account to a Super Account, but whenever I click on "Upgrade," it shows that I am not eligible. Even though I'm using Kotak Account from last 3 years.

Is there any alternative way or trick to upgrade it?

How common it is for unipay? The failed transactions? Cause I have to do big payment & never used unipay. But after getting the kotak card, I have to use it.

just pay 10k to get 5% cashback with kotak card and for rest use a payment method which ur comfortable with. no need to take risk.

I would be getting 5% cashback through debit card spends and that too the Annual fees is 0. Just need to pay 299 for super account annually and deposit some 5,000 a month in my account. So I do alot of shoppings in departmental stores such as D-MART and Star Bazaar so it would be really beneficial (5% cashback and that too on debit card)
