Didn't their terms say they would ask before renewal?
Think of it like Debit Card Annual Renewal Fees (TBH, thats what they are charging you for under the guise of Super Program. The 811 Super Debit card is a Platinum Visa card)

Banks donot ask for renewal of Debit Card do they? Atleast here they are giving you a reminder.

Also take this into account, if you happen to call them to cancel your Super Subscription, your account would be downgraded to regular 811 savings (I presume) which has a Platinum Visa Debit card with annual fee of 399 by default.

So there you go...
 
I had requested Kotak Bank to downgrade my Kotak 811 Super account to the normal 811 account. The downgrade has been completed, and the ₹300 fee charged previously has also been refunded. However, I noticed that the debit card linked to the earlier 811 Super account is still active.
Kindly confirm whether the debit card will be automatically closed after the downgrade or if I need to close it manually. Please let me know if anyone who has undergone a similar downgrade can share their experience.

How did you raise the service request, call back through app?
