How did you raise the service request, call back through app?I had requested Kotak Bank to downgrade my Kotak 811 Super account to the normal 811 account. The downgrade has been completed, and the ₹300 fee charged previously has also been refunded. However, I noticed that the debit card linked to the earlier 811 Super account is still active.
Kindly confirm whether the debit card will be automatically closed after the downgrade or if I need to close it manually. Please let me know if anyone who has undergone a similar downgrade can share their experience.
