Agreed, every kotak branch feels like it's a different bank with different rules 😂

Branches just don't wanna give support to kotak8411 users or open 811accounts. Any escalation made to the branch. Their reply used to be we had a sepeate 811 team and they will deal with your issue.

 

I just went to the bank during closing time and got 811 agent's number from the security guard, didn't even have to get inside the bank. Called up the agent and he came home for the account opening. @Sobirvs you can try this way.

 

kotak811 app does not allow mobile numbers with multiple CRNs to login. will try to escalate this issue.

My CRN and my ex's CRN is under same mobile number (since 5-6 yrs), I will try getting it removed tomorrow but I mentioned this to say one mobile under multiple CRN's is possible.

Yes possible but @ritwik2000 is facing login issues hence he is concerned one may ignore till they are not having issues loging in

Depends where you live tbh, I got it in a week, I dont remember the exact days
