Welp was about to try with phonepe gift card. Turns out phonepe gift card on woohoo can only be bought with UPI.

Also I read justdial related messages above so can we use justdial for recharges and get the 5% or its also gone now?
Phonepe gift card cannot be use everywhere.
Only phonepe merchant accept with charges.
And many merchant have disabled this payment option because It is chargeable.
Amazon pay is good option.

Amazon Pay gift card is also UPI locked on woohoo and my main goal was to use it for recharges.

SR RAISED IN 811 APP. service request closed with out resolution, then issue raised to pno with below mail.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention that I have not received the cash back for my January month spending on my Kotak 811 super debit card. On 2nd January 2025, I made a utility payment of 10000, but I have not seen the cash back reflected in my account.

Service request number 24305XXX for your reference. But issue not resolved till now. So please look into the matter

I wanted to inquire about the status of my cash back. I received an email on January 28, 2025, stating that utility transactions are not eligible for cash back. However, I made the payment before this update was communicated, and I believe my transaction should be eligible for the cash back.

I would appreciate it if you could verify this matter and update me on when I can expect to receive the cashback for my January spending. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

PNO also replied the same that transaction not eligible then again mailed to pno with below format

Dear,

I am extremely frustrated with your response regarding my cashback eligibility. The terms and conditions clearly state that transactions made are eligible for cashback. It is unacceptable for you to reply to me like a level 1 agent without proper knowledge. Your actions are tarnishing the Kotak brand name.

I demand that you recheck my eligibility for the cashback. If you continue to provide the same response, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter to the RBI ombudsman.

I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue
