SR RAISED IN 811 APP. service request closed with out resolution, then issue raised to pno with below mail.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention that I have not received the cash back for my January month spending on my Kotak 811 super debit card. On 2nd January 2025, I made a utility payment of 10000, but I have not seen the cash back reflected in my account.
Service request number 24305XXX for your reference. But issue not resolved till now. So please look into the matter
I wanted to inquire about the status of my cash back. I received an email on January 28, 2025, stating that utility transactions are not eligible for cash back. However, I made the payment before this update was communicated, and I believe my transaction should be eligible for the cash back.
