New kotak RuPay IOCL credit card received (card is still not fully live in kotak website)

This card was reflecting on kotak online application process on 6th and 7th Dec ...i applied on 6th Dec through bank representative in kotak mobile app on 6th Dec.

Already checked. Not showing. No SMS about approval. Nothing. It is approved without being actually approved. 😂

Now their KEYA bot mentions "In case of a newly-applied Credit Card, it will take 21 working days for the application to be processed. After successful processing, it takes 7 working days for the card to be delivered at the mailing address given in the application." So officially they may take up to a month. 😄

Bro its just 50k. I think this card is alot better than LTF league platinum. Because we can use this for fuel discount as well as sales offers.

I mailed them to upgrade my league Platinum but they are saying you don't have offer to upgrade to Indian Oil Card so can't upgrade it.

Called Kotak executive. They said that this card is not available for me.

I applied almost a week ago, got SMS with application no. and saying you can track your application after 24 hours. CIBIL hit was done.

Now there is no update yet, even their application tracking page says Invalid Request if I enter application No. or a combo of Contact+ Birth date.

same happening for me , even though i got sms with application number and even the application pdf, never got consent sms, twitter customer care saying to wait minimum 15 working days, totally clueless now
