Opened Account in March 2022. Now the Current Balance is 16 Rupees Only. Do 1 2 Transaction in a Month.
But One Special Thing Happen Yesterday. I Uninstalled The Kotak App and Install Again While Registering Again in Kotak App Ask My Consent To Access My Financial Transaction Message I Accept The Consent.
And Currently, I Have 3 Credit Cards Using Regularly So Kotak Monitor My Transaction Messages & On the Next Day I Got This Preapproved Notification.

Yeah it's a real offer. Even I got it and I agreed to their request if I wanted one. I will be getting it in 21 days from the date of request.
You can check pre-approved offers when you go to credit cards section and apply for one. After giving your basic details given you're an existing account holder, they have a section where you can check "Select from pre-approved cards". There you can see all cards that you can apply for.
Update at 20:30IST (same day): My card has been dispatched and is expected to receive it the following business day

On 17th October I Got Call From Kotak Marketing/Sales Girl Saying Sir You Have a Life Time Free Pre-Approved Credit Card Want To Apply?
I Said Whats The Limit Offered on This Pre-Approved Credit Card and Card Variant? She Said 85k. Then I Said Share the Limit Screenshot On my WhatsApp But She Denied and Said Couldn't Share for Security Reasons. I Trust Her and Give Consent to apply for The Card. But She Tells me Everything Wrong. The Limit I Got on My Card is Just 25k and She Also Applied for Kotak Urbane Gold Credit Card it Has 199 Annual Fee.
On 23th October When I See Credit Card on My Kotak Mobile App with 25k. I Feel Cheated So I Called The Customer Care and Said Close The Right Now Because You All Do False Promises and Making Customer Fool and The Customer Executive Take The Card Closer Request without Giving Any Suggestions or Help. Today I Feel If I Close the Card In Future Kotak Bank Not Issue any Pre-Approved CC. So I Call Again Customer and Said Cancel The Card Closer Request. He Take The Request And Cancelled The Card Closer Request. After Doing This He Asked Me Why I Raise Card Clouser Request. I Tell Him Everything How Kotak Bank Marketing/Sales People Cheated Me. Then The Customer Card Understand The Concern And Assuring Me in 6 Month Card Limit Upgraded and Right Now He Upgrade My Urbane Gold Credit Card to Lifetime Free League Platinum.

Same happened for me for white card they said ltf and on final call said chargeable so I said not to issue.
Kotak cards always gimmicks we have to be cautious

Weird. For me I got through the same route. I didn't ask her the limit. But she asked me to confirm my company's name and my job designation. (My company didn't have any kind of existing relationship). 2 days later the card was in hand with the same variant she mentioned on call. (League platinum LTF)

Kotak Urbane Gold is a Visa Corporate variant card and Amazon doesn't allow EMIs, Instant discount on corporate cards of any bank but it works or flipkart, myntra and other sites though. Paytm charges extra fee on corporate cards for loading money to wallet or rent payments.
Did they upgrade your card to lifetime free league platinum with one time joining fee of 1500?
If your first statement has been generated for league then can you confirm this?

I Have Pre-approved Lifetime League Platinum Credit Card but The Marketing/Sales Girl Applied For Urbane Gold Card.
Now They To Upgrade Lifetime League Platinum Because I am Eligible For This. As Per Conversation
But Don't Know They Charge Any Joining Fee or Not.
Can Only Confirm By The Time Of Statement Generation. 👍

I got a League Lifetime free Credit Card in September no joining fee was charged but limit was low only 20K
Is it successfully converted to LTF and which number did you contact kotak customer care to cancel the card closure request??

Because I Already Have LTF Offer On League Platinum Card.
