I don't have a kotak account.I applied for a kotak credit card in oct but my application is not traceable. I am not able to apply again online as it says my application is still under process. There was never any cibil enquiry. I complained on cc and on their website and all emails I tried bounced. I have given up now.

😂. Similar situation. I showed interest for credit card on Kotat website by filling some basic contact details. No response till date 😅

Give consent to check CIBIL while opening Kotak 811 account and If you have good cibil score then you will get pre approved LTF Kotak 811 card.

That is dream different card. Kotak 811 is a unsecure card and you can get it as ltf if u have good score while openeing Kotak 811 account.

Kotak provides good discounts with most of merchants but their reward system is very bad, and they hardly give any LTF card

As I said they are offering Kotak 811 as LTF only to new Kotak 811 customers while opening the account.

i have a platina account (their highest variant of savings account) since 3 years, i guess they're giving ltf only to attract new users in that case

I recently got pre approved offer on my 2 yr old 811 account

I tried taking Kotak credit card without having savings account. Application was submitted and after 2-3 days an agent came to collect documents. After that application was not traceable. I even visited bank, but they couldn't trace it 😛
Then I opened saving account and applied again and this time I got Kotak credit card within a week :xd

Seems like your pin code is not servicable. Mine wasn't . So application got instantly rejected. No CIBIL enquiry or docs were asked.

I received no message or mail about this. How can we know about serviceable pin codes?

Call customer care and tell them that, there was no CIBIL enquiry or Document collection, yet no confirmation message is received. They will very likely give you the reason.

Again, please confirm on this before hand itself, because though I have the highest variant of Kotak Salary account and it is also mentioned in their site that I get LTF either zen or royale, they said I cannot get either of those cards for LTF.
