My kotak credit card delivery tracking shows that it is handed over to India post on 23-3-24 by Kotak. Card is also showing in net banking. However, the card is not yet reached me and the tracking number in speed post shows that there is no such details. In netbanking, no deliverables is showing. I raised query and there is no response from them. Is there any free customer care number or email to whom i can communicate.
