Kotak Credit card not received

My kotak credit card delivery tracking shows that it is handed over to India post on 23-3-24 by Kotak. Card is also showing in net banking. However, the card is not yet reached me and the tracking number in speed post shows that there is no such details. In netbanking, no deliverables is showing. I raised query and there is no response from them. Is there any free customer care number or email to whom i can communicate.

U can use credit card without physical card .

If you don't get physical card .u can request for re- dispatch. Via customer service

Or if u suffering from delivery guy not cooperating. U can change address every 6 month in kotak using kotak app via aadhar login

For current delivery - check in email , or number for Sms
If coming via speed post - not so speedy
If via delivery - then wait u will be updated

Foremost don't worry even if ur card is not delivered..
