Kotak credit card not showing in Credit Reports

I have an unsecured Kotak League Platinum credit card for several months now but it is not showing in credit reports (same in CIBIL and Experian). And the SBM Bank is secured One Card but it is reported as unsecured. What can I do to get them updated?

Email bank about it.

Banks can often take up to 6 months to show/report a new card in the CIBIL database.

There have been times when HDFC/ICICI hasn't even marked dues and payments deposited after they were done for several months.

I don't generally care but if you need them to reflect, reaching out to the bank should definitely help as DRV suggested.
