Hi, I recently got an upgrade Kotak Myntra ( Paid) to Kotak Zen ( Paid) credit card. Is that worthy to upgrade to Zen Credit Card.

They offered me Zen LTF and no other option was possible, so I took it. You can try for LTF.

I also got similar app notification for Upgrade. Clicking on it leads me to the upgrade page, where there is no upgrade offer.

I have Kotak Myntra with 3 years of free fees. Now they are converting it to Zen. "Your annual fee, transaction limits, and other terms will remain unchanged."
The fee will be applicable in a year or so. Is it worth taking this up, or should I opt out? With no more Myntra offers, Kotak has almost zero offers around.

Although Kotak Myntra was issued free for 3 years, but I confirmed from customer care, they are not offering replacement card as free for same time. Even they are charging join fee.

Opted out of the same.

I also have kotak League credit card ( ltf) and the upgrade to Zen Visa/rupay and air+ but only apply now button is there on upgrade section no where mentioned upgrade will be lifetime of annual charges on the mobile application.


Can you please tell me how to check?

On click of Apply button, you can see the charges details

Go to net banking >> credit card >> add on services

U will see upgrade option and charges of new card

Open Kotak Mahindra mobile application old and go to credit card tab then select card service request then card upgrade https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.msf.kbank.mobile
