Devaluation Kotak Increased fee / waiver limit for LTF cards

Yesterday (9th Oct), received a sms from Kotak for change in LTF cards and fee, waiver conditions.

So will this apply to existing LTF cards too?

If yes, will it be wise decision to close cards which are rarely used.

Was this the only change in tnc ? It's very hard to figure out what else changed
