I have an update on my query, today after putting my above comments i applied for this card and got approval in 5 mins and got the virtual card in 2-3 hrs max and also confirmed the status of my card with kotak bank customer care they confirmed it is a LTF.

I already hold urbane card and the when I applied for the new one it was rejected in 3 days.

Which account you had, did you request for a PIN through courier or so?

Best is, look at the terms of the account in the site, which can tell you on what the charges are and how much it is.

Otherwise you should raise dispute on the charges, if it is unwarranted, charged without putting it in the t&c

Call customer care or raise a service request through netbanking for it.

As the charges seems to be for courier per this t&c

I remember paying 200 rs to Citi decade back for a branch counter visit/service obtained.

Some people have got 2nd card with individual limit/seperate limt than 1st card...

I also have one. But now they dont allow multi-carding.

Applied for this via branch as I was pre-approved and there was some technical issue with Online application. Seems like the bank executive gave me a chargable card, even when they specifically told me that Inwas getting a card based on my account which is LTF.
Thankfully, I had the Whatsapp conversation recorded and shared it with Kotak.
Raised a grievance. If they dont make it LTF, I will close the card and the account , and the. file RBI Ombudsman.

Update on this -
I got an interesting call from the Mg Road office from Bangalore. He said like "Sir, what is 50,000 sir. You can spend it". I was so furious at him, and then I asked, if the card can be LTF or not, or else I would escalate it to RBI. He said "Sir, spend 15k in 1 year, and there will be no charges. It will be converted to LTF unconditional". I asked them to share in writing via email. He gave me someone's email and told me to write a mail with my CRN number, saying that I would keep the card and not cancel it.
I wrote them, if the conditional waiver be given in writing. Only after that, I would reply that I would continue with the card. Guess what- no reply.
I will escalate it to Nodal office soon, after getting a reply from the Level 1 grievance. I already told Level 1 , to never ask that branch to never call me.
I only wish that I had read about other experiences in this forum before applying.

No. If you are applying Online, and it is showing 0 Joining and Annual Charges, then it is LTF card. Take it.
Don't go for Offline applications, even if they pay you to apply for it.
I had that error , and I went to deposit some cash and all. When I discussed with the employee, she said that she can apply, and the card would be LTF. It wasnt.

I applied this card (LTF) online on 27th Dec and vKYC not yet done, no one calling and when i tried to check the status by given application form number, it is saying invalid request. Reaching their customer care agent is also not possible without CRN. I don't know how to go forward...

I didn't want to apply the card only because of the limit and entry level card. But then I thought let's apply it. I got LE from 17k to 53k to 153k within 1 year.
I am not using this card much. I wanted to upgrade to Royale Signature LTF but I am not getting. They were giving me MOJO FYF but I didn't take it.
My friend got Royale Signature with 2.5 L limit with zero balance 811 account with very less trn.
Is League LTF worth it? I really didn't understand it's value apart from "A Kotak CC with LTF".

Another update on this LoL-
Just a few mins ago, I got multiple (3 in total) messages from Kotak , trying to get my consent to get me another Kotak Card.
One for Kotak 811, another for Kotak Biz, and then Kotak Ka-Ching.
I was surprised, because I wasnt the one applying. A few seconds later, I got a call from Kotak, that they want to give me another card. I said that I already have it. They said, the new card will not have any charges. I told them to convert my existing card (League Platinum) to LTF. Again, they said they can do that, and the Card number will be the same, but I will receive a replaced card, with no joining or annual fees.
I asked them, the branch they are calling from , and surprisingly, it was from the same branch - Mg Road Office. I told them to give me in writing, whatever they are saying. No reply. 🤣 .

I got League CC with 20k limit and got 1 LE this week to 60k. Any idea when I will get next LE and how much it will be? I just use it for offers

Kotak is pretty good in LE. Usually they provide good LE every 6 months. I have heard this from other people as well of course upto a certain extent only.

It is mostly random. One cannot be for sure.
