Go to Kotak App -> Credit Card -> Service Request -> Credit Limit Increase.

Check if you have got LE.

I had checked around a couple of weeks back, it wasn't there then. But, got LE now.

My Kotak credit card has been recently upgraded. Now I got LE offer on my old Kotak credit card and new upgraded Kotak credit card doesn't have any LE offer. I have applied for LE which I had received through an email. The request has been taken by Kotak bank but I am not sure whether LE request will get processed or not.
