Kotak League Platinum pre approved offer

Few days ago i casually clicked on loan and card offers in kotak app as I already have 811 account there was a offer for kotak League Platinum credit card as pre approved offer.
My concern is whether it's ltf or not also is it available in my area or not?

Why applying online, you could see terms and conditions and charges.

If you applying through agent then ask him only.

You will be able to see it after you click on the link. League Platinum will have 0 Joining and 0 Annual Fees. But there will be more cards shown to you which will have Fees like Kotak PVR, etc

It takes 24 - 48 hours to get the number updated in the backend.

@sonuu If you have time and really want that card, send 1st, 2nd and 3rd images to their support and ask for explanation. If not satisfied, escalate to next level after waiting mentioned days. And, finally when it reached to level 3 - explain them your relationship, and the way they offered pre-approved card etc. to get the approval.

Note: Here, you are requesting them to reconsider (no matter even if it is pre-approved), so make sure adjust your mails/conversations accordingly.

Since, you already Kotak account holder, I hope you've their contact details.

The last message i received when I continued after confirming the basic details such as address, email and mobile number. After clicking continue button it prompts the message of regret not even showing the fd credit card application option.

Also i have called to their customer care number for credit card and they told me to wait for 48 hours and reapply for the credit card.
