Kotak LTF Card from League Rupay LTF

Hello..Currently I am holding Kotak league LTF but this card is not useful for me . I don't have kotak bank account.
Now my question is how I can get a better Kotak bank card credit card LTF like Kotak Myntra/Kotak White/Kotak Zen?
I am just stuck.

The kotak league rupay is available LTF. I've seen banner on many sites and on swiggy order page.

Okay... kotak Myntra is available for 500 fee as first year against which the voucher of 500 is issued. For 2nd year either you can demand for fee reversal or closure might work as this trick has worked for high variant cards as I've read on the comments in the TF community.
