I don't have a Kotak card, so I am not losing anything. I am happy to stay out of them. Hopefully, won't apply even if they offer LTF white.
Another name I have added to my list to stay off them for now: Yes Bank

1. I made these two decisions based on the email responses given by the PNO Desks of these two banks. Jinka PNO desk executives itna stupid ho unse business nehi karna humko. Koi na aj ek doh glass juice kam peunga toh koy marr nehi jaunga, kam se kam mera gala toh banch jayega.
2. I won't discuss this issue further. It's a waste of my time and energy.

The worst is that for Kotak Mojo now i cannot redeem for ₹0.40 per point by calling call center. Its ₹0.2 now so its halved. Very disappointing. Also utility spends not counting for milestone. Other than that pretty normal

yes, Utility/Wallet/Fuel/Rent/Government/Insurance categories are excluded for cashback except education upto 70K.

It has too, once it overhauls existing cards and launch planned rupay variants.
Basically network change request only honored when bank has other variant of same card.
