Kotak Mahindra Is Bank Now Accepting New Credit Card Applications(Edit:- Still Under Testing)

Kotak Mahindra Bank has reopened credit card applications following the RBI’s ban lift.


Customers can apply online at cards.kotak.com.


Most of the cards are now available on the RuPay network.


Edit:- Applications are still under testing phase. Do not apply for cards as of now.

Update:- Received a call from Senior Executive. He stated that bank has started accepting applications from 1st April. But processing may take more time than usual.

I applied for a League Platinum for zero fees. An application number got generated but it cannot be used to track the status. Neither can I track the application with mobile number / DOB. The SMS promised an update in two days - have to see how it goes.

Did you get consent sms after submitting the application ? I haven't received anything and got a email saying the application is on hold waiting for consent.

I got this error after entering DOB and there is no enquiry in the CIBIL yet.

ETB - they did experian check. BTW entering DOB & mobile/email combination failed to retrieve crn details. So entered crn directly and application proceeded successfully.

Where did it ask to enter CRN? For me there was no option. Did they ask for aadhar authentication?

Even if they have restrictions, I’m not interested in Core CC, they’re all useless to me. Only good for LTF cards. My Myntra spends have increased recently, and UPI usage too, after hitting the 1.5L milestone on the Kiwi card.

With so many exclusions in kiwi, how did you achieve 1.5L milestone - any broad categories will help to plan my UPI expense

finally i was able to complete my application , after submiting the application got an instant enquiry in experian
