Kotak Myntra Credit Card Approval Issue on Myntra App

I already have a Kotak League CC. While applying for the Myntra card through the Kotak app, it shows that I am already an existing cardholder. However, if I apply via the Myntra website/app, I encounter the error below.

Shit how i missed this point..

you can't apply from Mobile app ..
go to either Myntra or directly apply from rupay website for (rupay Variant) .
even myntra website has two page one for rupay one for mastercard
