Had to do a 50k payment yesterday via lotak cc, but shows the error that card is frozen. Pathetic🙄

And their wierd issue of 5k limit/txn is another headache

If its paid must be in 1st statement
Or 2nd statement bcz before first statement u didn't do any transaction hence only after transaction card is fully activated .

Else its FYF OR MAYBE LTF .

IF ITS MYNTRA there must be something between the lines

Their rupay cc integration wasn't very good .. so they are doing it well this time ..

Same was case with sbi hence they launched rupay upi very late ..

Axis ,hdfc is very good in this regard

Unfortunately,for my Kotak Myntra cc I still couldn’t set UPI pin even after deleting and re adding in the UPI app. Kotak is not sending the OTP at all. Disgusting
