In new app it shows no/zero charges, also alternatively, you can ask customer support executive to process your request to escape from the said charges.
Last time in the old app also got 0 fees..
When did you get the last one?? You may need to wait for 12 months since last LE, generally speaking..
Keep an eye if you haven't received it as of now. Most likely you will get, Kotak is pushing LE offer from March only.
Sure.. I haven't received any communication until now and also I believe the offer may be lying there for quite sometime as I am not using the card much lately.. last time I logged into the app may be 1 month ago..
I got to know the offer has the validity of 1 month. Coincidentally, I have found it own my own within couple of days, after availing the offer, I just used to receive push notifications time & again, no communication by any other mode.
By that logic my offer was available for the last 10 days
