Kotak Pre-Approved card call

I just received a call about having a pre-approved credit card on my Kotak 811 account, I was skeptical that might be a scam call but anyways I did try to ask some things about the Limit and card variant, apparently I am being offered 16k of Limit on Kotak League Plat LTF. I gave her my DOB but she said it is wrong, so I eventually told her that I would apply on my own from the app, she said she would guide me but I tried to avoid most of the offers and guidance she offered me and told her I would apply on my own.
I just have a Secured CC offer (since like 2 months gonna expire soon), and a PL pre approved offer. Should I apply directly from the app when it appears?

Yes, apply directly from app. There you can have other card options too as well as joining/annual charges mentioned

It has been a while but I applied from the app and got the card delivered since a week, it is fine but their UI in app is kinda jittery and is saying something went wrong, but the card works and it is my first LTF card.
