How long does it take after VKYC? I'm also NTB for Kotak @Nishan11

Applied on 20th January, vkyc same day. Got approval same or next day. Card dispatched on 22nd January. Didn't got card dispatched message from Kotak but got message from courier company.

Received card on 25th January.

PAN original. Executive Clicked my pic. My signature in blank white paper with camera facing.

I also got the PVR INOX card.. as NTB (it showed me both Joining and annual fees zero). I got confirmed from customer care too as LTF. but when i confirmed from E-mail (kotakmahindrabank.creditcards@kotak.com) It informed me that there is annual fee for the same. What are my options now.?
