Kotak rejected credit card on salary account

Kotak rejected my credit card twice on salary account citing the reason that salary is not coming.I had applied through agent both the time ,and this tym I told the agent that my salary is coming in different account and she told me that you will be given card on cibil basis but now she is making excuses after rejection.Now I am thinking to close the account in kotak.

U creating unnecessary mess for ur self.. If salary is not coming then you can't apply unless it's pre approved..
