KOTAK RUPAY CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION LIMIT

Since all my upi transaction was getting declined for more than 5000 . I thought its because this is first month . hence the restriction.
Called kotak customer care.
They said 5000 is pre limit set by kotak for upi for transaction.
I have kotak rupay !

Does this apply to other kotak cc ? On rupay

Escalate to Kotak country head.

They'll increase UPI limit.
