Anyone knows the best way to change the statement generation date to 16th of month for kitak credit card,
I couldn't find the option in the app
Is it possible to change the date ?

It is possible for every bank, but only once. Contact their customer care.

Has anyone recently changed bill generation date for Kotak cards? Email support is saying 'Further, currently as per our checks, you are not eligible for changing billing cycle date due to bank internal guidelines.'
Anyone knows what this means. FYI I have raised request for change after 1st bill get generated.
