Kotak Zen Signature & IOCL Credit Card as LTF

Today I received a call from Kotak Credit card department & informed me that i am eligible for Zen Signature & IOCL Credit cards as LTF without any documentation but in my net banking it is showing i am eligible for these 2 cards but mentioned about LTF. Does anyone applied & received under LTF any of these cards after RBI ban Lift (after April 2025)? Can i trust the agent words & apply for the card to get it as LTF?

Don't trust agent word. You must have written mail or screenshot something like to back your LTF claim

what u c in net banking if final.. if u c ltf then it is lft or else paid even if the customer care say it is ltf don't believe and ask for email confirmation.

Last week I approached branch to check LTF offer on my pre-approved cards(IOCL & Zen signature) & they confirmed it is LTF. while applying from their end they applied some promocode to make it LTF. after entering code, the fee( joining & annual) became 0. i attached the screen shot of the application which shows zero fee. i applied for zen signure. pre-approved. no documentation. yesterday i recieved the card. they said it is for existing customers only.

I'm getting so many calls from agents saying the same. When you applied, was CIBIL fetched? Or you got the cc without cibil enquiry?
