KYC being failed in Indie App

I opened Indie Bank yesterday and added an initial funding of 50k to get the best benefit out of it. I did plan to give video KYC today and failed on VKYC 2 times for the same reason. Everything went well, but on showing the pan card they were not able to verify the pan. They said that the photo on my PAN does not match the photo on my Aadhar. The photo on my PAN is from when I was ~18-19, and the photo on my Aadhar is recently updated so there is a big difference in my photo now. For the same reason my KYC was declined twice. The second one even said, either try after 1 hour and if it fails at that attempt as well, try updating your PAN photo. This will take a lot of time for sure. And even there is a withdrawal freeze after opening an account. Now I am worried about my initial funding. What if they won't be able to verify my KYC, will they remove the withdraw freeze and allow me to transfer it back to my other account?

Yeah, they have removed my withdrawal freeze and changed the account type to megastar as well so I can remove my funds now. I plan to order my debit card tomorrow and then withdraw 90% of my funds.

If you really want to open that account, then in your case you need to have patience for 4-5 days more.
The solution is to getting your photo updated in PAN.
You will end up doing that anyway in future.

One of the easiest and fastest task these days is to update PAN details such as address, photo, signature. Link: https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html
As others have suggest this too, you can get your photo updated in PAN with a cost of Rs 100 or so (107 I believe).
I got it done last month. It was fast.

If someone wants to get the address updated in PAN which is same as Aadhaar, then Aadhaar can be used as an address proof.
It would take maximum 5 working days to get the e-PAN.
After that, in 2-3 days you can get your physical PAN as well.

Meanwhile, you can email the bank that "As suggested by you, I have raised the request to update my photo in PAN. Please confirm if sending the e-PAN copy via email would suffice or I can show the printout of e-PAN during the vKYC".

You can get your address updated again, no fuss, no amount is small amount but it would be another Rs. 100 for you.

I had a similar photo issue while applying for CC with IndusInd. And when I used the above method to change details as per Aadhar card, I got the third error from the screenshot below. I tried a few times and went to local shop to get at least photo done. Thats been pending since a week. I am not sure which address is in my PAN account now

Yes it failed due to some shady reason and they did imposed debit freeze on it, but we completed physical kyc at bank but still it is in debit freeze.
Don’t know how to get around it.

Branch people saying they will visit my place and then zonal officer will verify it then it will get unblocked it is been 3 months now my initial 12k funding is stuck.
