Large transaction getting decline on Diners Platform on HDFC

Hello,

All my large transaction are getting decline on BizBlack Diners Platform.

I also called hdfc phone banking, they also confirm the same issue and told me issue is with others also on diners platform.

Has anyone else also faced the same issue.

If the card is already saved , remove it from saved cards and give a try (do not save the card again) .

It was my house electric bill of 15k which I was paying via. PayZapp app, which they declined stating commercial usage.

I did many calls to customer care, they said they are helpless, they have block it sighting commercial usage.

It was just 1 week old BizBlack card.

I told them F word and closed the card permanently.

If they can just decline the transaction as per their wimp then it's the card I cannot depend on.

Boss, If I cannot pay by electricity bills then any card let it be, it's of no use to me.

Even my Amazon Pay card let me pay my 30k to 40k electricity bill.

I do have other super premium card, I am happy with them.

Check the transaction limit in your card or it may be something else.

Payzapp has been the most reliable fro me for paying EB of my factory. Have been paying monthly EB of 2-3 Lacs every month for past 5 years without any issue. Have been using Personal card whereas BizBlack is commercial card and you should be able to pay!


Edit: What is the procedure for applying BizBlack. I Have 15L limit and Regalia Gold but both RM or BM are saying that am not eligible (ITR is low). Not able to apply online as it says card application under process (applied swiggy almost 6 months back, have same error since)

what the hell. BizBlack is a business credit card. How can they say that its wrong to use it for commercial purpose. Isn't that what a business is?????
