Late Payment Fee

Hello I have two credit cards from Stand.ch. bank. Card A and card B with a shared credit limit. instead of paying to card A i paid to Card B, that's why they charged a late payment fee.
what can i do now , I mailed to nodal officer but he refused to reverse the charges.

Are they under the same credit card account? Maybe that way you can ask them to re-look.

there is nothing much you can do coz two are different card accounts even if they share credit limit
