Latest Working Methods to Pay Credit Card Bill from Debit Cards

As per a post in Reddit which was last updated on Auh 12th, there are no cashback points for paying CC bills using HDFC platinum DC. Even in Aug first week, I did not get any cashback points for paying the Axis ACE bill using HDFC DC.

Because HDFC billpay stopped working that week. It seems like Redditors are still on HDFC Billpay, and perhaps still waiting for the cashback

If you have HDFC Platinum DC, then you can use it to pay CC bills of any banks except those which are not on BBPS.

yeah, SMS seems to be slow sometimes I think.. Recently, I paid for HDFC CC on SBI Unipay and I received the SMS after a day or two

Same goes for HDFC as well. One of my friends paid a bill at 2:00 PM, but the confirmation message came at 12:00 AM.

BBPS integration has helped with instant settlement of amounts, but banks couldn't fixed their instant message delivery.

SBI is great in this regard, as they have always been on BBPS and consistently send messages instantly.

I was a longtime CRED user for tracking CC statements and paying CC bills. It has always been reliable for me in terms of CC bill payments. After CRED's fake promotion saga happened on Reddit in July/Aug, I revoked my email permissions and tried to move to HDFC bill pay. then ultimately had to use CRED only.

Yes, that's one of the best parts. I have paid my HSBC bill through Mobikwik and I can only cross fingers that it reaches them before due date.

I am yet to pay ICICI and Apay ICICI bills. My Apay ICICI and Coral Rupay CC have the same last 4 digits. BBPS does not fetch any bill for Apay ICICI CC. Probably will use CRED for it but has 85k bill.

Call the customer care team.. tell them to block and reissue any one of the card. I did the same and it worked fine after that. Just tell them last 4 digits are causing the issue to fetch the bill.
