Ongoing issues
(1)
For Non-BBPS CC billers (like Amex or SC), you cannot use SBI Unipay and most other apps. You can load Amazon wallet or payzapp wallet using debit cards which give points on Wallet load (like HDFC Millenia) and pay using the bill desk website. Alternatively, you can use cc issuer NEFT/UPI details as well.
Amex: https://www.americanexpress.com/in/...-statements-and-balance/making-a-payment.html
SC: https://www.sc.com/in/credit-cards/payment-option/

(2) HDFC Billpay service has changed it's MCC, so avoid using that. Use Unipay instead.
(3) Indus dc points are not regular, so will have to wait and still no guarantee that you will get the points or correct number of points.
(4): Some have reported idfc dc is blocked while account is active. You can complaint to idfc, it gets solved in 3-5 days.
(5) SBI Unipay does not allow to pay SBI CC bill when you are logged in for some users. So, dont login and you will be able to pay SBI CC bill.

Next time i suggest you do as whole numbers. 10k or 20k till 40k or 40k in one go and then pay the rest (this has worked for me 99% of the times)

It's 6/200 RPs after 40k, so even if they miss, it won't matter.

But till 40k, for example, if you first pay 11342 and then pay 7351, sometimes they take 11342 and give points for 5k, 10k and upto 20k slabs and then again give 5k and upto 10k slabs for 7351.
Someone plz explain this again.. and also any one else tried his?

Indusind has tiered rewards system. And the tiers change at 5k,10k,20k and 40k. If bill payments are done as entire slabs (5/10k/20k/40k), they calculate currently. But if we do other amounts like 7320, for example, they calculate correctly for the first bill, but they mostly don't calculate correctly after that, it becomes unpredictable.

If you go through this thread, there'll many complaining about that. I was also confused in the beginning, but later found that if we do in rounded numbers as in their tiers , 99% of the time, they calculate correctly

Very interesting.
Eg: if I have a single credit card bill of 26k. I will pay first 20k, then 5k, and then 1k. Correct?

Actually if you have only one bill, it doesn't matter

But let's say if you have SBI bill of 26k and HDFC bill of 25k.

First do 20k SBI bill, then 20k HDFC bill and after 40k spends, it doesn't matter in which order you pay as it's the same reward rate after 40k

First tier is 5k, 2nd tier is 10k, 3rd tier is 20k and 4th tier is 40k. Whichever tier your bill is closest to, you have to use it and on the next bill, you have to pay till the next closest tier.

If you have a single bill of 40k and above, that's the best

This might not be the only reason for wrong RPs. I fought with Indusind and they shared reward points statement and their system literally missed some transactions for reward points credit. Even after sharing a comparison of account statement and points statement they gave stupid generic replies and in the end I was exhausted to go ahead further.

Might be a case for RBI complaint but the point is these were CC bill payments so I am unsure what if RBI asks for transaction details.

Sorry I didn't get the point here. If I do 26k on SBI and 25k on HDFC then why won't it consider correctly. 40k slab is reached properly in this case as well right? Ir its that reaching the nearest slab to the exact number makes them credit points successfully?
