Ongoing issues
(1)
For Non-BBPS CC billers (like Amex or SC), you cannot use SBI Unipay and most other apps. You can load Amazon wallet or payzapp wallet using debit cards which give points on Wallet load (like HDFC Millenia) and pay using the bill desk website. Alternatively, you can use cc issuer NEFT/UPI details as well.
Amex: https://www.americanexpress.com/in/...-statements-and-balance/making-a-payment.html
SC: https://www.sc.com/in/credit-cards/payment-option/

(2) HDFC Billpay service has changed it's MCC, so avoid using that. Use Unipay instead.
(3) Indus dc points are not regular, so will have to wait and still no guarantee that you will get the points or correct number of points.
(4): Some have reported idfc dc is blocked while account is active. You can complaint to idfc, it gets solved in 3-5 days.
(5) SBI Unipay does not allow to pay SBI CC bill when you are logged in for some users. So, dont login and you will be able to pay SBI CC bill.

I received a total of ~30,000 points on my IDFC Wealth Debit Card in October 2024 for paying credit card bills via SBIUNIPAY. The bills paid were for Axis, Yes Bank, BoB, ICICI, and HSBC cards. I paid the Amex bill separately through net banking. All the transactions were successful at first go.

Quick help guys, I used to pay credit card bill from IDFC First Bank Wealth debit card via Jio Finance but they've removed the option.

I know there's SBI Unipay which works but I've used it once and it was a nightmare for me to get refund and that I got via chargeback. Any other portal which will give reward points for paying CC bill via IDFC First Bank Wealth DC apart from SBI Unipay?

Also, just in case, if I've to pay via SBI Unipay, what's the way to have a track of Transaction History and avoiding transaction failure? The first and last time I had used SBI Unipay, the transaction failed and it wasn't even captured in Transaction History, so, it was a total chaos as I didn't have any proof of transaction for refund and they didn't refund the money, it was HDFC Bank which after a lot of follow up did the refund after applying for chargeback.

I used unipay via idfc debit card on 22nd oct, worked fine for 4-5 cc payments amounting to around 70k.

I paid IDFC and Indusind CCs via SBI Unipay with HDFC debit card just now- both the transactions went through without any issues and the money was credited instantly in the card accounts.

Have to wait and see regarding the points from HDFC.

Tried paying my HDFC credit card bill via Indusind exclusive debit card on unipay . Transaction failed . Hopefully money was not deducted . Somehow I feel there is some problem with Indusind card .

I did total of 9 transactions on SBI Unipay through IDFC First Bank Wealth DC, all went through but for ICICI Bank CC, it failed twice, no amount was deducted ... tried paying via Airtel app, failed again and the amount was deducted this time.

Any idea what could be the reason?

P.S. I did check available credit limit and the amount I'm trying to pay and the bill amount won't exceed the total credit limit.
