Alternative to SBI unipay: ‘Airtel’ (2 merchant names, both work), Canara bbps/setu website (https://billpe.setu.co/1449602066912642206) , Navi app. They only support bbps cc bill payment. These give 4900 (utility) mcc.

Ongoing issues
(1)
For Non-BBPS CC billers (like Amex or SC), you cannot use SBI Unipay and most other apps. You can load Amazon wallet or payzapp wallet using debit cards which give points on Wallet load (like HDFC Millenia) and pay using the bill desk website. Alternatively, you can use cc issuer NEFT/UPI details as well.
Amex: https://www.americanexpress.com/in/...-statements-and-balance/making-a-payment.html
SC: https://www.sc.com/in/credit-cards/payment-option/

(2) HDFC Billpay service has changed it's MCC, so avoid using that. Use Unipay instead.
(3) Indus dc points are not regular, so will have to wait and still no guarantee that you will get the points or correct number of points.
(4): Some have reported idfc dc is blocked while account is active. You can complaint to idfc, it gets solved in 3-5 days.
(5) SBI Unipay does not allow to pay SBI CC bill when you are logged in for some users. So, dont login and you will be able to pay SBI CC bill.

The problems I have faced with sbi unipay-
I have paid almost 10 lakh cc bill through it using my hdfc platinum dc but not a single time my money has been debited and showed transaction failure. But what I have faced is I made the payment it showed successful paid. Money also get credited in my cc. Then after some time I open sbi unipay it shows transaction failure on that particular transaction. Show I searched about this and found out a guy in the reddit for which he has been also facing this same problem. But in his case the transaction that got debited from his account got reversed in 4 days but his cc transaction was not reversed and then after more 10 days his account got debited again for the same amount. So I think better to use Navi app for bill payment as it has a better support team unlike sbi unipay (do not have any support team)

That would be me. Payment says successful but transaction would be failed. You'll get 2 pages after paying in sbi unipay.

Made 2 payments via HDFC DC earlier today on Unipay for a total amount of 50k and they were successful
Please update when you receive the cashback and how much you receive. I did two transactions on 28th Oct and the cashback that I received is not 1% of the either of the transaction. I am waiting for couple of more days to see if it gets updated.

I am also having a similar issue, I paid BOB bills for 2 cards for both, and the card transaction is now showing as failed in SBIUni portal but for one card account, the amount got credited and for another, it is neither credited to the card account nor refund received.

Transaction date: 10/30
when I try to raise a complaint in the SBIUNI portal, it keeps on failing

I had made a few payments summing up to 13k on 1st November for which I have already received the HDFC DC rewards. Hopefully the rewards for the remaining 50k should come in a few days.
