Would obviously like to try this, but the fear of transactions failing, plus the run around to get your own money back in several cases, makes me take the safer option for cc payments.

But just asking folks around here- when it's all built around the same stack (BBPS), and other transactions on it (for example recharges or electricity/gas bills) go fine, why do CC bill payments via DC on Airtel/Unipay/Setu have such a high rate of failure? It's almost an unacceptable rate tbh- baffling!

@Namesake @psk3005 did you tried paying the credit card bill with SBI unipay using HSBC debit card and received 5% cashback?
For airtel thanks app did you received the received 5% cashback Using HSBC debit card ? Can you please confirm which one given you the confirmed cashback?

Paid ₹1L on Unipay for IDFC CC on 14th Dec. The transaction was successful, but it is still not credited. I just did a ₹100 transaction using the same method, and it was instantly credited. Has anyone faced this issue?

Same happened with me. Later I have paid the same bill with a gap of about 6 hours... It went through. Let's other clarify the exact gap needed for successful payment.

In Sequence:

1) With HDFC - failed
2) With Indusind Signature - Successful
3) again with HDFC - failed

Just in 5 mins, 2 transactions failed and 1 was successful...

yes its some how true here HDFC failing from everywhere like airtel & setu don't know exact reason but pattern of failing same 3 times i noticed kindly make payment in gap at least in airtel app.

for Platinum its gone millinia dc need to wait 90 days for results .

Canara Setu is dead for HDFC Platinum DC but alive for other bank DCs in terms to be eligible for RPs.

I have done a transaction in Canara setu( Retail CC Mumbai) with Indusind Select MasterCard world debit card on 10th December ,
No reward points are credited till now, will update if I get anything in future.
