I got a Visa signatire as well just 2 months ago and did 1 tranasction for which I got no points and the complaint has been with Indusind for more than 1.5 months where they kept telling me "it is escalted". "this dept is looking into it, that dept is looking into it" and FINALLY I raised it to RBI ombudsman.

I am getting all points on Mastercard Debit card without any issues though.

Where are you using master Card

I have been using RBL DC on PAyzapp for bill pay but not sure if the same will be applicable for rewards from current month. though I paid some of the bills in this month already through this method, there was no issue in payment but not sure about reward points. Can anyone advise if SBI Unipay or airtel will make more sense in case they have different MCC

My payment on unipay and shriram from idfc dc are getting declined for past 3 days. Card is not blocked and Ecom transaction are all on.

Payzapp should not fetch points AFAIK
Unipay will do. So should Airtel.

You are not alone.
I raised it with pno on 14th, gave last notice today. Was short of time to complaint to rbi but will do tomorrow.

Tried the idfc dc with Amazon and Flipkart which are also getting declined. Getting technical error something like that.
