Currently HDFC plat dc show is over. Need to wait and see if it resumes.

Load wallet using millennia DC in Amazon for 40k and you will get 1% cashback (max 400 per month)

Few DCs providing returns for CC bill payments are IDFC and IndusInd.
If you want something stable, get SBI RuPay DC (virtual/physical), use it anywhere and it'll provides returns.

I think there is no way for cc but wait for some reply. But you can get for other bill payments than cc bill payments using hdfc billpay
