Latest Working methods to pay Credit Card Bill from Debit Cards

I have hdfc platinum dc. If I use it for credit card bill payment, will I get normal debit card reward points? Also, will this count towards lounge acces spend criteria?
Edit: forgot to mention, i am using canara setu for bill payment.
