If you use the card for bill payment (utility mcc) then you will get 100 whereas if you use any other debit card then at max you will get 40. Am I missing something?

Well you are not missing anything. It's just that I have paid all the bills for this month. 4k ab extra spends karne padenge ya fir advance repayment.

If issued by SBM, Pay using HDFC Bill Pay, Credit Kab hoga yeh mat phuchna but ESP se 1% aur Millennia DC se 2.5% mil jayega🤣

Not many cards provide on wallet load. There was sbi dc also which stopped (atleast officially)
